Scripture: Philippians 4:6-7 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” (NIV)
1. We have all experienced fear, or doubt at some time or another. It’s a human emotion that has a physical origin and consequence.
2. Fear: False Evidence Appearing Real: perceiving threats or dangers as real, even though there may be no concrete evidence or when the evidence is distorted.
3. The Power of Faith: Faith is not the absence of fear, but the choice to trust God believing in God’s promises and relying on our strength to activate and sustain Faith,
4. Activating and Sustaining Faith: Choosing faith over fear requires intentional action.
