Thesis: True forgiveness, giving up false beliefs, erasing error from the mind and body, turning from belief in error to belief in God – is the gateway to inner peace and a profound connection with the divine. It is reclaiming our power.

· Stand – To hold fearlessly to the Truth that Spirit is doing its perfect work and that there is no cause for alarm. Knowing that we are the Image and likeness of God and standing firm in that belief.

· Prayer is communion between God and Man. This communion takes place in the innermost part of man’s being. It is the only way to cleanse and perfect consciousness and thus permanently heal the body. This is where forgiveness occurs.

· Forgiveness – True forgiveness is only established through renewing the mind and body with thoughts and words of Truth.

· Forgiveness – To be able to forgive and release from conscious (thoughts) awareness, all thoughts of hate, hurt, envy, guilt, jealousy, and unpleasant happenings of the past.

· Practicing Kindness effortlessly is a key that uncovers our power.

· Forgive and Forget so that we can be free to really love.

· When looking back on old negative thoughts or feelings, remember what Christ Jesus said, “What is that to thee, follow Spirit.” (Follow Your Truth)
