Board of Directors:
Board of Directors exits to serve the membership and congregation; set policy that guides the church to ensure the church is ran effectively, legally, and ethically; to be good stewards in handling finances for the church.
Make available JCI class textbooks and other Truth and inspirational materials.
BRIDGES is a Compassionate Care Ministry of The One God One Thought Center for Better Living, Inc. (OGOT) that focuses on techniques and practical ways in which to apply spiritual principles, as we face challenges, both wanted and seemingly unwanted, in every aspect of our lives.
Drama Life Ministry
Presents and illustrates spiritual principles through liturgical dance and drama performances for Sunday services and special events.
Maintains church facilities, equipment, and property both internal and external.
Welcomes and facilitates participation in the Sunday services and other OGOT events. Provide guest information packets about the church.
JCTS Registration/Teacher Ministry
Registers members and visitors from the community for The Johnnie Colemon Theological Seminary Better Living Classes; maintain records & information for students interested in the JCTS Teacher’s Program.
Record and provide balanced audio during Sunday Service and other special services; play pre-recorded music to enhance the inspirational quality of services and events; duplicate and sell CD/tapes of Sunday services and other special activities.
Support the Minister in conducting Sunday services; assist in establishing a prayerful and high-level consciousness of order.
Prayer Ministry/Prayer Chaplains
Responds to prayer requests and encourages the active practice of prayer and meditation among the congregation.
Special Services Ministry
Ensures that the building and surrounding areas are safe and secure for members, friends, and visitors at OGOT.
Controls the flow of traffic and assists with seating during Sunday and other services.
Offers Truth Principles teachings to youth ages 4–18 during Sunday services.
